My mechanic suspects some sensor that until it fails completely, cannot be fixed. He also checked for leaks on fuel rail and found none. Glad it worked out for you.

Fuel rails are the same in 05-08 while the 03 - 04 had a different fuel rail with an external fuel pressure regulator. I purchased a new bolt and washer to solve the jumped timing issue. I found and downloaded a factory manual , which helped with torque settings and setting timing. My car is sitting useless on my drive as we are all to scared to drive it. Check the valve timing again with the correct timing tools. Continue wiggling the torque converter and rotating it back and forth while pushing in until it is fully engaged.
The studs for the alternator had to be removed from the fuzion motor. While you are doing either one of those, check the slack in the chain.
