I recommend learning about it before you buy. Aside from that, it stinks that you have a sensor issue with the truck. I just hate to give this truck away for anything less. Have you had a chance to have the issue diagnosed from a local repair shop or dealership? I'm the third owner, and I've only put on 21K+ miles the past 4 years, most of it coming to the Bash. Faults: Driver seat has wear. Don't go here unless you want to get ripped-off. The truck has a ton of power and sounds great. Just a horrible horrible experience. They are in far worse shape.

I have seen newer trucks of other brands. We don't plan on ordering our Coupe until April. The paint looks new and everyone compliments me on how clean it looks, especially with the mud tires. When I fill it up, I would reset the trip odometer, and start with that tank. It averaged 15mpg, but that had some stop and go and short runs by work for lunch and lottery tickets.
I like the fact the truck has 3. The best mileage I ever had between fuel ups going to the Bash was 14mpg. We waited and then we saw it. Has a beefy look and a drive train to back it up. So again, unless you really, really, really need a heavy duty truck, then I would strongly recommend a standard duty F-250, or a heavy half ton pickup. When I got there, the truck was green instead of gray. My biggest beef with this truck was repeated failures of costly parts, like the transmission blocker rings and the clutch slave cylinder. They used it to pull stock trailers. The only way to get it to run right again is to turn it off and turn it on again.
I forgot to add, the only thing that doesn't work, is the fuel level sending unit on the rear fuel tank. I would switch to the front tank at about 225 miles, and then the front tank gauge works. I love this truck, it's so handy to have, but it just sits most of the time.
